So I haven't posted in over 3 weeks - again! But this time it's not because we've been busy, rather because we've been doing exactly the same thing! lol After 6 perfect months of marriage we've finally settled down a little bit (aside from the whole one job thing).
Our Newlywed 10 week Sunday School class has come to an end (very sad!!) but we've moved back into the Young Married class and are absolutely LOVING it! This class and the other members have been such a blessing! Thank God for an incredible church family!!!
Choir's getting into gear for the 4th of July special music. If you live in B/CS or will be here that weekend you should definitely check it out. (We'll be done in time to get to fireworks) I'll post more info later but it's 7/4/10 sometime in the early evening. Last year we had an amazing turn out and such a wonderful time. Again, we're beyond blessed with our church - we love it!!
Darrin's still working at Aeropostale in the mall and anxiously awaiting the day he can quit for a full time job. He does have some great prospects developing lately and should be moving onto something new and exciting soon enough. He's got a job interview on Wednesday (6/9) afternoon so say a quick prayer for him!!
I'm still enjoying my job and keeping busy there. I had my first evaluation about 2 weeks ago. I was terrified (I've never had an evaluation before, not here, not ANYWHERE!) It went great and my boss was so positive and encouraging about my progress and potential. It was definitely a confidence booster!
And our little kitties are still growing WAAAAY too quickly! :) They are such precious little babies and so curious about everything. They're constantly making us laugh!!
Darrin has been asked to caddy for his good friend Adam Anthony when he plays in a PGA qualifier tournament in Dallas later this month. Adam is an awesome golfer and has great potential, plus he's one of Darrin's best friends so Darrin is very excited about this opportunity!
